You may recognize her from the television show, 'Shark Tank'. A mother of two, Lindsey, is the CEO and founder of a baby essential item empire, Totes Babies. Between her young children, taking meetings and calls and overseeing the sea of orders that flood in each day, it's all a balancing act for this serial entrepreneur.

Mostly eye make-up, as I don't wear a lot of face make-up. I always have to wear eyeliner and mascara (Arbonne).

My parents. They are the best parents and raised us so well. I obviously am co-founders of Totes Babies with my dad and hope I am as successful as him someday with all that he has accomplished, and hope I can be the best mom like my mom.
HOW DOES THE FIRST HOUR OF YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
Busy! I'm up by 5am getting the kids and myself ready for the day: breakfast, emails, orders.
ANY CHARITIES OR CAUSES THAT ARE NEAR & DEAR TO YOU?
The Rockford Rescue Mission as my dad has been its board member for years.
